Harrod Insurance Agency was established in the mid 1960’s by Harold Harrod Sr. representing Ohio Mutual, Shelby Branch, located in Anna, Ohio. Due to health conditions, the agency was sold to his son Barney and wife, Julie, in 1984.

In 1992 Jeff Harrod was licensed and added to the staff, bringing the added ability to write crop and hail policies in addition to property and casualty.

Chet Harrod was licensed and added to the staff in 2006. Chet specialized in all property and casualty lines.

The Harrod staff of employees is dedicated to continuing the tradition started over 40 years ago in representing companies that are concerned with your insurance needs and protection.
